Summer CDC U8-U12

CLUB DEVELOPMENT CENTER - SUMMER

The CDC is for ALL players of ALL levels in the categories U8 (2017) to U12 (2013). The mission of this program is to train the young athletes of the club and to ensure that each player is able to develop their technical skills in a healthy and fun environment. Objectives U8 to U10

  1. TECHNICAL: Maintaining the basic technical skills (passing, driving, shooting, dribbling)
  2. TACTICAL:  Teach children to collaborate with each other in the context of a game.
  3. PHYSICAL: Develop the basic elements of movement (agility, coordination, speed, and balance)
  4. SOCIAL: Continue to encourage their confidence in ball possession and increase the ease of playing with partners
  5. MENTAL: Encourage and develop decision making.

Objectives U11 and U12

  1. TECHNICAL: Introduction to basic techniques (passing, dribbling, shooting, ball control).
  2. TACTICAL: No tactics are taught in these age categories.
  3. PHYSICAL: Provide an environment conducive to developing basic physical skills.
  4. SOCIAL: Strengthen children's confidence in playing soccer and promote the development of relationships with their teammates.
  5. MENTAL: Encourage and value each child to boost their confidence.
  1. Please choose from the following options for categories U8 to U12 for your child. Each option includes a game schedule.
  1. Option #1 - CDC1: 1 practice per week (Monday) + match (U9-U10 - Tuesday) (U11-U12 - Thursday)
  2. Option #2 - CDC2: 2 practices per week (Monday and Wednesday) + match (U9-U10 - Tuesday) (U11-U12 - Thursday)
  3. Option #2 - CDC3: 3 practices per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) + match (U11-U12 - Thursday)
  4. CDC Regional Program*: 2 to 3 practices per week and a weekend game (BY INVITATION – see details below).
  1. *To be part of the CDC Regional Program, you must register for CDC 2 (U9-U10) or CDC 3 (U11-U12) and receive an invitation. Only players registered in these programs will have priority for invitations. Only invited players will participate and receive information regarding the regional program. If you do not receive an invitation, you will continue with your chosen option, either CDC2 or CDC3, which involves practicing 2 to 3 times per week and playing your games during the week.

What is included in your registration?

  1. Complete uniform: jersey, shorts, socks, and ball.
  2. Participation medal.
  3. 12 matches played during the week from the end of May until August 23.
  4. End-of-year festival.
  5. The first two weeks of May will be "street soccer" to evaluate the groups and ensure balanced teams.
  6. No activities are held on Quebec's National Day (June 24) and during the construction holiday (July 21 to August 2).
  7. The schedule will be posted online and sent to parents before the season starts. Games will be held on various fields in St-Hubert or other cities.


CDC Regional

  1. Practice and match uniform: jersey, shorts, socks, and ball.

  3. 16 matches played over 8 weekends from early May to mid-September. The two games are played in the morning, between 9 AM and 1 PM, every weekend.
  4. No activities are held on Quebec's National Day (June 24) and during the construction holiday (July 21 to August 2).
  5. The schedule will be posted online and sent to parents before the season starts. Games will be held on various fields in St-Hubert or other cities.
  6. For each session, players must wear the club-provided uniform, shin guards worn under soccer socks, and proper soccer shoes with cleats. A labeled water bottle is also required. Players will not be allowed on the field without this equipment. All equipment other than the uniform must be purchased by the parents.

Transfer Process

  1. If your child's previous club was not Club de Soccer St-Hubert, please email registrariat@soccerst-hubert.com with the child's name, date of birth, and original club so we can transfer the player into the system.
  2. New Players: If your child has never participated in a soccer club, they must be registered as a new participant on the platforme

    Important Notes

    1. A $20 late fee will be applied to registrations made after March 31. All payments for CDC 1 players must be completed by May 1. No information will be sent for unpaid registrations. For CDC 2, 3 and Regional program players, you can pay in full or in installments, with the final payment due by June 1. Installment dates are predetermined and will be automatically debited from your credit card. If paying by e-transfer, you are responsible for sending payments on time. If payment is not received by the due dates, the child will be denied access to the field and unable to participate in activities.

    Modifications

    1. CS St-Hubert reserves the right to cancel or modify any activity (including location, schedule, number of sessions, and fees) if there is an insufficient number of participants or volunteers, or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, members will receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs before the season starts. No refunds will be issued for practice sessions canceled due to circumstances beyond the club's control.
    2. Refund requests resulting from corrections to inaccurate information provided at registration will incur system fees. No refunds will be granted to players deemed ineligible due to false or incorrect information once the season has begun. It is the responsibility of the participant, parent, guardian, or the player themselves to ensure all information provided is accurate. By completing the registration, you confirm the details submitted are correct and acknowledge the consequences of providing false or inaccurate information.
